Mr. Luise has a varied background which includes hotel openings and heading the kitchen teams in Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem and Hilton Molino Stucky in Venice.
Franco Luise, born in 1962, Italian, was appointed Executive Chef at Hilton Prague. He joined the hotel team from Hilton Batumi, Georgia, where he was in charge of the preopening.
Nearly 40 years of kitchen management experience, Franco was a Chef Consultant for Electrolux where he looked after the research and development department. He is also the author of several cookbooks. Franco’s main aim will be to build on the great culinary reputation of Hilton Prague, which includes five outlets as well as an extensive banqueting department and implement the latest in worldwide culinary trends.
